Purchase the large canvas and the picture is all distorted and really poor quality. Looks nothing like initial picture.

Shocking. Took ages to come and managed to delivered the wrong product. Would not recommend. Complete waste of my time not competent what so ever won't let me upload the photos of the SQUARE picture I ordered and the the rectangular one I got instead (smaller basically)

I have had no problems with this company, I even rang to see how long it would take and the customer service were very helpful. It came all packaged well and I love it.

Placed an order 3rd Jan 2022. No update on order. Still not arrived. Phone number is unobtainable (check for yourself), no response by email or live chat initially. Have now received a live chat update but phone no. still doesn't work. I'm awaiting delivery in the next few days so will update if things change! Poor service so far!

So, as expected, no update on delivery, phone still not connecting, don't respond to emails or chat on website.
After a few days of trying, I finally got a response and the customer service person chased up the order. I finally received it, but was very unhappy with the quality of the frames.
I complained and the team did help to resolve my issue quickly in fairness and apologised for the poor customer service previously. I have therefore amended my rating, but certainly would not recommend to purchase from this company.

I bought a glass wall art from Wall Art Direct UK. Had a whole host of issues with the delivery but forgetting about that, I installed it on Sunday 29th August and the glass panel fell off the wall on Saturday 11th September. My girlfriend and I returned home after shopping and there was glass all over the room and hallway. The double-sided tape they were using to hold the glass with the steel bracket (this was preinstalled by the manufacturer) failed in shear resulting in the glass panel falling off causing damage to my walls that have only recently been painted and smashing the lamp plug that was switched on in the socket under the wall art. There are a few scratches to the tiles too but luckily no breakages. We're all very lucky that no one was hurt. There is a sofa bed right underneath it and up until the week prior, my sister was sleeping on it. It's traumatic for us to think what would have happened if the wall art failed while she was sleeping underneath it. I can't fathom why such poor quality double-sided tape fixing has been used on a product that has extremely very high-risk severity. It's been months and I've sent them several emails and tried calling them multiple times and I'm just being ignored and yet to recieve a refund or apology. Horrible service and more importantly a dangerous product. If I had more time I would drag these through the courts. Please save yourself the time, hassle and danger of buying from WallArt-Direct.

Incredibly poor customer service and comms. Months behind delivery and nothing still received promises a plenty on the rare occasion you can contact and it is very rare regardless of channel used - I've tried them all many times. Sadly these folks will go bust - clearly unable to do the basics even accepting the Covid challenges. Yes I've been offered a refund but I simply wanted the pictures ordered months ago. But looks like unable to fulfill order despite the promises. The 50/50 split of feedback here is insightful...it's a 50/50 lottery for the customer

I have ordered twice now from this company and they are excellent , packaging is superb and dispatch is quick , massive choice in styles and sizes etc , i have purchased 2 canvas arts and both were fantastic , buy with confidence ,

Easy ordering & purchasing. Very impressed with how quick delivery was. Item wrapped extremely well in bubble wrap. Wrong item was delivered however when calling the person was pleasant and helpful plus the replacement came very quick within 24hrs! The quality is fine and image ok. Would recommend.

Reviews for any business are important as they help you to adjust and improve your business if required.

As many others have quoted their nervousness regarding ordering anything from these guys but let me tell you from my experience of two separate orders you have nothing to worry about.

Bought an extremely large print.

Was a bit anxious after reading the reviews on here but clearly there was nothing to worry about.

Well wrapped up in bubble wrap ( my two dogs have spent all afternoon biting it then running away when it pops).

Excellent print quality and delivered really quickly.

I’ll definitely be using the company again.

In spite of reading a few negative reviews I took a chance and ordered 3 large acrylic prints 3 days ago. They arrived this morning and I am so impressed with them. I know they will look perfect in my room once I hang them. They arrived very well padded with lots of bubble wrap in the box to protect them. I would recommend this site based on my own experience and will use again soon.

Having read the reviews I was a little nervous about ordering however I was super impressed by the service and canvas that arrived. The price was so good and it was delivered within days with no issues, the canvas arrived in perfect condition. Thank you guys!

I used this company before I read the reviews. However my experience was superb, ordered and delivered within 48 hours, stunning quality picture, and well packaged (bomb proof), great job ? excellent for the price, and I will not hesitate to use again.
